'BIG ANNIE' TAKES A TOWN
She was an early Oklahoma City business woman, a land owner, a wheeler-dealer and sharp judge of people...she was also a notorious 'Madam' in "Hell's Half Acre.'  She arrived before the dust had settled on the 1889 Land Run and saw opportunity all around her...

This program includes nuggets of history, some true crime, mystery, and the story of one woman's rise to fame and notoriety.  In costume, through stories, and engaging narrative, the tale of how one woman rose to power is shared by Marilyn A. Hudson.

Hudson is an author, researcher, and storyteller whose dramatic and skillful presentations have delighted audiences across the state.
